Static Finite-Element-Simulation

Static Finite-Element-Analyses are to be performed, as long as steady and non-varying loads are applied on the component or on the assembly group. Project examples of static as well as steady state Finite-Element-Simulations performed for customers of MORPHOTEC are:

Clutch Spring

Durability Analyses of combustion engines (Passenger Car, Light and Heavy Trucks)
Development of rubber, plastic and composite parts using finite element stress and deformation analysis (e.g. flexible clutch disk, door seals, ventilator cowl, loudspeaker housings, plastic seats, fuselages) under consideration of different material models.
Pressure Testing of components / assembly groups due to flow dynamics.
